The La Tamalera Manual Tamale Machine

The La Tamalera is a 39-inch tall, freestanding manual tamale machine. It weighs 86 pounds and measures 18 inches by 12 inches, making it easy to store. Designed for single or two-person operation, it produces 48-50 tamales in 5-8 minutes. The machine allows use of unground meat and is easy to disassemble for cleaning.

Optional Accessories

Convert the machine into a meat stuffer or churro maker with optional attachments.

Easy to Operate

1. Remove the head by unlocking the two lock handles simultaneously.
2. Place masa and meat in their respective cylinders. Masa should be at room temperature.
3. Reattach the head and secure it with the lock handles.
4. Turn the hand crank to produce tamales.
